K'Nex Construction Challenge

Two teams from the school competed in the local heat of the K’Nex Construction Challenge.

Each team was given a K’Nex construction kit and asked to complete a design and build challenge, in this case a football stadium.  Working together, each team had to design, construct and evaluate their football stadium design.   

Our teams came in 2^nd and 3^rd in the Sentinus K’Nex Construction Challenge.  The second place team will now progress to the national final on Monday 26 June 2018 as part of The Big Bang Fair at Sentinus Young Innovators in Ulster University, Jordanstown.
