Sports Day 2017

We held our first ever Sports Day @ MQP on Wednesday 14 June.
This was an important milestone in the life of our school and a day the children have been looking forward to all year. Well done to all of our pupils for competing so well on the day and with a smile on their face.
Our Sports Day has a teamwork philosophy and we love the way the older children look after the younger children. Unfortunately we don't, at present, get enough opportunities to be together as a whole school, so when we do come together it is a special occasion for us all.
Thank-you, as always, for the terrific support from parents and grandparents. We would also like to thank our staff, volunteers, PTA, Donnelly's of Rathkenny and Con Magees GAC who helped organise the day, including the catering.
