ICT in MQP

ICT is an important priority area for development in Mary Queen of Peace PS, both in the curriculum and after-school programme.
With the support of The National Lottery Community Fund and the PTA we have been able to further develop the school’s Information Communication Technology (ICT) resources. As a result, we have been able to purchase 47 additional iPads and 5 laptops to support the development of ICT.
This means that we are able to further promote modern, problem-solving education where the children are learning to code and make movies/animations. Outside of school we are, importantly, able to grow our links to the community through the playgroup and our Silver Surfers.
Exciting time for ICT in MQP and we are indebted to the support of the National Lottery Community Fund and our PTA.
